What’s on draft this week? Our draft list rotates throughout the seaons, featuring some of our flagship beers such as Honey Tripel, Plymouth Rocks IPA, Farmhouse Red, Poke in the IPA, IPA to be Named Later, Squeezy Wrench Double IPA, Black Feather Porter, and Pilsnerd. We also have seasonal and specialty beers such as Rye & Sage Saison, Dunkel, Dubbel, Grätzer, Braggot, Gruit, Full of Stars Imperial Stout, and Dark Winter Ale. The guiding principle (if there needs to be one) is that beer should taste like beer.

AVAILABLE MORE OFTEN THAN NOT:
HONEY TRIPEL
Honey Tripel is similar to a Belgian monastery style tripel but with Massachusetts made honey instead of the more commonly used sugar. Sugar is used in this beer style to keep the body light and the finish dry. Honey does the same thing but adds some great aromatics. The hops stay in the background to let the honey and yeast-derived flavors come through. The barley and wheat malts are almost entirely Massachusetts made and most of the hops are Massachusetts grown too. Color is golden. 8.5% ABV | 33 IBU
BLACK FEATHER PORTER
FARMHOUSE RED
PLYMOUTH ROCKS SESSION NE IPA
SQUEEZY WRENCH DOUBLE IPA
POKE IN THE IPA
IPA TO BE NAMED LATER
PILS-NERD
SPECIALTY BEERS:
GRÄTZER
BRAGGOT
Braggot is an almost forgotten ancient beer style from Ireland and Scotland. It is half beer and half mead, but fermented together. Local Bee Well Honey is the dominant flavor because we used a lot of it, with a base of Massachusetts-made barley malts and hops. We often barrel age a portion too. 9.5% ABV | 10 IBU
EL CITRADORO
Similar to our Saison, but we decided to throw in a bunch of Citra and El Dorado hops late in the boil and as dry-hops in the fermenter. What could possibly go wrong? The result is our Luchador super hero, El Citradoro, who protects hops farms from pests and diseases.
SEASONAL BEERS:
BARLEYWINE (Winter into Spring)
IRISH RIVIERA RED (Spring)
DARK WINTER ALE (Winter)
BERLINER WEISSE (Summer)
The traditional beer-style in Berlin, Germany, this slightly sour light-bodied wheat beer is perfect for summer time thirst quenching. Some say it tastes like lemonade, but it’s all beer. Try a flight with traditional German woodruff and raspberry syrups added. 3.7% ABV | 10 IBU.
SAISON (Summer)
This light-bodied, refreshing beer is packed with flavor. We start with local grain and ferment with an expressive blend of yeasts then dry-hop with bright, citrusy hops for an extra dose of liquid sunshine. 6% ABV | 25 IBU
FULL OF STARS IMPERIAL STOUT (Winter)
“My God, it’s Full of Stars!” is what Dave the Astronaut says when he enters the black hole in 2001: A Space Odyssey. This beer is so dense it has its own gravity. Like a black hole. There’s lots of roasted malts, lots of hops, lots of everything. Thick and packed with flavor. Let it warm up a bit or full flavor. 8.8% ABV | 60 IBU
